Sales Tax of 6% will automatically be added to orders shipped to Virginia.

Please note production times for personalized items on their product pages.  All other items typically leave the shipping warehouses within 4-5 business days, excluding holidays.  If by chance an item is out of stock, we will notify you so you may decide if you would like to backorder or cancel.  Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product please email photos within two days of delivery showing defect/damage to Delraymonograms@gmail.com
