Please allow 4 weeks standard production time, plus shipping time of up to 5 days for west coast residents.  We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all USA orders.  We offer a RUSH service for USA orders of 2 week production (when available, excludes USA and Indian Holidays - we will let you know if we cannot process a rush once your order is received), plus shipping time of up to 5 days for west coast residents, for an additional shipping fee of $35.  Please select RUSH shipping at checkout.  (Please note that all bags are made in India and then ship to NJ before shipping to you - we cannot be responsible for shipping/customs delays) We are unable to include gift notes with all beaded bags. 
 
Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.  Sketched factory proofs are available for an additional charge of $10 (you will be billed via PayPal if requested, you can request this in the note section at checkout.)  No returns accepted as all beaded bags are custom orders.  Customer is responsible to give monogram/name/initials and placement instructions in the way you wish it to appear on the bag – remember for monograms last names are centered and the center letter will be larger.  Initials are all the same size and look best in block font – their order is First, Middle, Last.  Beading style will be done in the same manner as the listing photo - please note there are different beading styles such as inline beading, pearl beading (beads that look like pearls) and confetti beading.
